Sweden’s Prime Minister to Quit in November

Aug.23 — Sweden’s Prime Minister Stefan Lofven will step down in November after 7 years in power. His unexpected announcement in a speech on Sunday could make way for the Finance Minister Magdalena Andersson to become the country’s first female leader if picked at her party congress in early November.
