NYC Mayoral Candidate Adams on Vaccines, Taxes and Subway Safety

New York City mayoral candidate Eric Adams pledged to resolve inequities in the city’s property tax in his first year in office if he is elected on Nov. 2. He also talks about vaccine mandates for city workers and property taxes on "Balance of Power" with Joe Mathieu. Adams, a Democrat, is leading in the polls against Republican opponent Curtis Sliwa.
