Once a proposed initiative or referendum has cleared for circulation, fails to qualify for the ballot, or is in the process of having its signatures verified, the proposed initiative or referendum’s status will be updated on this page. Once an initiative measure has become eligible for the ballot, it can be found on the Eligible Statewide Initiative Measures page.
