France Set for Tighter Virus Curbs, Germany Could Follow Suit

Oct.28 — As coronavirus infections continue to surge across Europe, French President Emmanuel Macron will become the latest leader to announce tighter restrictions when he addresses the nation later on Wednesday. German Chancellor Angela Merkel is pushing for tougher curbs on movement and contact, including closing bars, restaurants and leisure facilities until the end of November. Maria Tadeo reports on "Bloomberg Markets: European Open."
