Hiroshi Watanabe, a former Japanese vice finance minister and now the president of the Institute for International Monetary Affairs, discusses the election victory of Prime Minister Fumio Kishida’s Liberal Democratic Party and its implications for the economy. The LDP won 261 seats to preserve its outright majority in the 465-seat lower house, according to public broadcaster NHK. Watanabe speaks on "Bloomberg Markets: Asia."
