Final Presidential Debate to Have Muted Mics

Oct.20 — The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of allowing mail-in ballots to be counted three days after election day in Pennsylvania. Meanwhile President Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Joe Biden will be muted for parts of their final debate on Thursday. Bloomberg’s Derek Wallbank reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
